I have wanted nothing more than to be excellent my whole life; from playing every sport to obtaining advanced degrees, I wanted to be the best version of myself. As I got older, I realized I had another passion: Helping Others Pursue Excellence. After traveling the world and studying leaders and their leadership perspectives, I’ve gathered a ton of data. This data includes leaders from Poland, the Caribbean, and more. Using this data, I’ve been able to find ways to develop people into the leaders that they have always been capable of being. There is no greater joy than seeing someone realize the power and influence they have and use that power and influence to change the world in a beautiful way.
